All Round Cricket Coaching

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching sessions, camps, courses, and services provided by All Round Cricket Coaching. By booking or attending any session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Bookings
All bookings for coaching sessions, camps, and programmes must be made through the official booking system or directly through All Round Cricket Coaching.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received or a booking confirmation has been issued.
Participants under the age of 18 must have bookings made by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Payments
Payment for sessions, courses, or camps must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice.
All Round Cricket Coaching reserves the right to refuse participation if payment has not been received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Participant Cancellation
If you need to cancel a booking:
More than 7 days before the session – full refund or transfer to another session where available.
Within 7 days of the session – refunds may not be available but transfers may be offered at the discretion of the organisation.
Coaching Cancellation
All Round Cricket Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to:
Severe weather
Facility issues
Illness or unforeseen circumstances
Where possible, a replacement session or refund will be offered.
4. Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions may be affected by weather conditions.
Where sessions cannot safely go ahead due to weather or pitch conditions, All Round Cricket Coaching will:
Reschedule the session, or
Provide an alternative indoor session where possible.
Refunds may be issued where a replacement cannot be arranged.
5. Participant Responsibility
Participants are expected to:
Follow the instructions of coaches at all times
Respect other participants and staff
Use equipment responsibly
Wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear
All Round Cricket Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
6. Health & Medical Information
Parents or guardians must inform All Round Cricket Coaching of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs that may affect participation.
Participants attend sessions at their own risk.
In the event of injury or illness, first aid may be administered and, if necessary, emergency medical assistance will be sought.
7. Liability
While All Round Cricket Coaching takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe coaching environment, participation in sport carries an inherent risk of injury.
All Round Cricket Coaching and its staff cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during normal participation in coaching activities, except where caused by proven negligence.
8. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during coaching sessions for:
Coaching analysis
Marketing materials
Website and social media content
If you do not wish for photographs or videos to be used, please notify All Round Cricket Coaching in writing before participation.
9. Safeguarding
All Round Cricket Coaching is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
All coaches follow safeguarding best practices and appropriate safeguarding policies for working with children and young people.
10. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own belongings.
All Round Cricket Coaching cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items brought to sessions.
11. Changes to Services
All Round Cricket Coaching reserves the right to:
Modify coaching schedules
Change venues
Adjust session content where necessary
Participants will be notified where possible.
12. Data Protection
Personal information collected during booking or participation will be handled in accordance with the organisation’s Privacy Policy.
This information is used solely for administration, safety, and communication purposes.
13. Agreement to Terms
By booking or attending any session organised by All Round Cricket Coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
